Creating an account

Creating an account on NectarOS is straightforward. Follow this step-by-step guide to complete your account setup and get your business up and running.

1. Create an Account

Begin by navigating to the NectarOS Signup page https://app.nectar.africa/auth/login. Here, you will enter your name, basic business details, email, and password.

2. Verify Email

After signing up, check your email inbox for a verification link from NectarOS. Click the link to verify your email address. Once your email is verified, you will have access to your NectarOS account.

3. Access the Dashboard

Once your email is verified, log in to your NectarOS account to access the dashboard. Here, you will be prompted to complete your Know Your Customer (KYC) details.

4. Complete Business Details and KYC

Profile Information

Please provide the following information to help us understand your business better. This section will help us verify your business identity and ensure accurate account setup.

Contact Information

Add your business contact details so we can reach out to you when needed. This information will also be used to set up your account notifications and communications.

Address Information

Enter your business address details. This information is required for verification and compliance purposes.

Add Business Owners/Directors

Provide information about the owners and directors of your business. This section is required for verification and compliance purposes.

Add Owner Identity Document

Upload identification documents for each business owner/director. This section is required for verification and compliance purposes.

Overview of Business Owners

At this stage, an overview of the business owners is shown for review. Please ensure all information is accurate and up to date.

Business Registration Documents

Upload your business registration documents. This section is required for verification and compliance purposes.

Service Agreement

Review and sign the service agreement. Ensure you read through the document carefully before agreeing.

5: Review and Activate

Verify all the information and documents provided. Ensure that everything is accurate and complete to avoid delays in the activation of your account.

Once everything is reviewed, click "Activate My Account" to finalize your setup.
